What a total freaking scam wish I could get my hands around whoever sent me this crap snack I ordered a portable steam cleaner two for the price of one and what I got is two car cleaners not even close to what I ordered and what I saw online from moggine.com people have nothing better to do but take hard-earned money out of people's pockets with a scam
total scam
purchased a tool box but got another product which was not what was advertised. I did email them jeremymurphy3131@gmail.com and got an answer. I purchased the product via Axiol Geoc. I presumed was in china. I have sent the product back to the address in slough. Unit 10 Britannia Industrial Estate, Poyle Road, colnbrook SL3 0BH it appears the building its for let, but I bet he ,Jeremy has the keys

I thought I was ordering Black & Decker 6 in 1 multi tool but ended up with a cheap screwdriver and scissors! They have taken money out of money account immediately but no refund or whatsoever. They are advertising on Facebook and Instagram as well.. People be careful and report this scams. One word Scam .

Ordered 2x bracelet tracker bracelets with hi fingers earphones
I ordered these items Through topashell but I ended up with two little bracelets with a set or ear pods (like Apple air pods) the ones I ordered the ear buds fitted into the sides of bracelet tracker, costing me over $40. I was appalled with what I received and when contacting them they told me I should "highly recommend that I accept a refund of there final answer of $8 refund and as the items are not worth it to return back to them" This is a total disgrace of service especially not that there saying the items are not worth the money posting back but they sell them. I guess they are ripping everyone off. The company is called xborder. It says rate business, absolutely horrendous first time and last using this site.
What an utter scam.
Ordered 3 sets of meteor shower lights!!!! What a con only received 3 strips with bare wires at the end, nothing to connect up to, one of them is broken. Contacted the company 3rd party returns not in the slightest bit interested. Please do not use these crooks for anything unless you want to be completely scammed.
Unpaid Refund of £30.84
I returned the item to a UK address which was on the packaging but they gave Paypal a Chinese address. Even after explaining to Paypal that i returned to a UK address they still did not double check with the UK address. Now i have lost both my money and the item.

This company is a scam. I ordered a coat advertised as padded. Upon arrival the coat did not match the advert. So i requested a refund as i was not happy with the item i received. Poor value for money and falsely advertised. I contacted paypal for a refund. I blame paypal too for not investigating well and let these people continue to scam people.

I ordered a dress it took two months to get to me and then they sent a horrible inferior quality dress completely different to the one I ordered I have tried on countless attempts to get my £30.64 re-funded but I just get that my message has not got to them. I have learnt a big lesson. I am so disappointed and I feel very let down by this company it is crap
Xmas lights
These people must be making a fortune out of people I ordered some raindrop Xmas lights and what I got was just 2 tubes both with 4" of bare wire no good to anyone and quite dangerous something needs done to stop this !!

I have had exactly the same problem with this account.Paypal are useless and dont help at all.They now want me to return the blades to China and pay for the postage before they say they will issue a refund.Dont think so.I ordered a saw with blades but only received the blades and after many claims with Paypal they have now said the supplier will issue a full refund when i return the blades to China.Why do Paypal keep allowing this company trade in this manner and not stop them using their service.

Low Life Scamming BASTARDS
I spotted a hand held chainsaw advert on my phone and thought I could do with that for wood carving so I sent for it I think it was about £30 ish. I recvd my parcel today but all it was, was a 4" chainsaw blade, not happy at all, All I can say to them is that I hope they have an early ending I have to leave 1 star otherwise I could not submit my review

I ordered a digital angle reader which from their advert is what I was led to believe I would receive but what and i received instead was a cheap bit of plastic that is used in the video to demonstrate what the Digital angle Reader replaces.... A right proper scam..

I ordered 9 high end Bluetooth bracelets but got delivered cheap sport monitor watches and ever since then,it's been a problem locating this company and the unusual slough address never answers phone and my next line of action is to visit the company address Tomorrow so I will be posting my results soon by 8/10/20
