My personal experience has been one of issue after issue, failure after failure and problem after problem. They promise lots of great things and then fail to deliver time and again. Dreadful project management. They advertise having end to end capability to deliver including all the right tradesmen - but when there is a problem they say 'oh, they don't work for us - you never had to use them'.In my view and experience, I'd never believe anything they say, never trust their word, and wouldn't believe any of their advertised hype. Maybe you'll get lucky..? Maybe you'l get an experience like us - 112 days past due, paid in full for an en-suite thats still not working. Have given up on dealing with them and had to engage separate trades persons to hopefully get it fixed. We've a very young family and they seemingly have no concern or understanding the level of disruption or impact this has on the whole family. Majority of the work done by the first MKB installer replaced by the second one.
Would never use this company again and cannot ever recommend. Looks very good and they promise everything but don't let them fool you into believing the promises as we were fooled. We are a family with two young children children and the level of disruption and distress this process has caused is massive. Yet MKB seemingly have no empathy or understand the level of distress they cause. Promise an end to end solution including having talented tradespeople who realise their design.... don't make me laugh. We still don't have a working en-suite that's been paid for in full and 112 days past due. We've given up on trying to deal with then. Shocking project management, Quality Assurance checks that were supposed to have been conducted and would have picked up issues just didn't. Delivers arrived when not scheduled, or didn't when they were. Just a debacle end to end in my opinion.
